We will also give our graduated students an opportunity to enhance their capacities through our internship program. Every three months, two to three alumni will be recruited to do an on-the-job training to work closely with MNKI staff, assist the training program and build networks with our partner organizations. Furthermore, they will also learn about project cycle management, project monitoring and evaluation and accounting in practice through their assignment.
